Latex tubes are the way to go. Pair them with a set of high tpi tires like a Vittoria Corsa Evo and you will enjoy even the rough roads.

I have use these for some period with moderate success... The benefits of weight saving and puncture resistance are somewhat offset by the failure of the valve to tube joining point. This happens without warning and always when the tyre pressure is being checked. No amount of gentleness when inflating tyres has extended the life of these inner tubes, and I only use 110psi MAX..... Oh, get ready to constantly inflate the tyres before EVERY ride.... they leak - thats latex for you
