Lezyne Super GPS

5

Thought I'd give one of these a try after reading some good reviews, I was using a Garmin forerunner 310XT and this Lezyne unit does not disappoint. Can do everything the garmin does and more. Set up is easy, pair with your phone, set your data fields up through the app or on the unit itself, pair your sensors and your good to go. Mounting is secure and battery life is as stated. Text and email notifications are handy while out riding without the need to dig your phone out and the missus likes the live tracking feature, however I haven't had the chance to try out the live strava segments or the turn by turn navigation yet. Have used it on both road and MTB and have had no problems so far. Don't forget to update the firmware so that you can set up multiple bikes. Definitely recommend.

This GPS is easy to use and works very well. Software upgrade worked well as well as the Phone App.

Super GPS

Switching from a Garmin 500, the Lezyne Super GPS is a great alternative. Much better value for very similar features. Getting emails, calls & text notifications is terrific as is the paper trail feature. Only issues are the screen has some dark patches (not consistant) and also the speed ready can fluctuate by 8-10% regularly even when constant speed etc, which is a bit frustrating. Other than that, this has been a great switch at half the price of a new Garmin
