5The Keo Grip cycling cleats are incredibly durable. So much so, in almost 3 years of riding with Look pedals, replacement has only been twice. I prefer 0 degree and the grip certainly lives up to its name! Highly recommended hence my 5 star rating.

4Had a pair of non-grip cleats before and they were a nightmare to walk in and wore out pretty quickly (I wasn't exactly hiking in them but occasional 20-50m walks are unavoidable). As advertised, these slip far less while walking, and I'm hoping that the added grip strips will increase the longevity of the cleat itself. For cycling performance they feel identical to any other Keo cleat.

4Having used both the standard Look Keo Cleats and also the grip replacement Cleats, I have a definite preference for the Grip Replacement version as I find they just give that little more confidence on painted lines and more slippery surfaces. This ones were order to replace a set of standard Keo Cleats. My only grip with the Grip Cleats is the rubber grip pads are not always glued as well as they could be, but so long as you catch them early when becoming unglued it is an easy fix!

5The red cleats from look are better for your knees as they have more float! The grips are great whilst they stay in place but eventually come off at which point the cleats will wear quickly. There are optional cleat covers but for me- life's too short.
