Solid tyre
5Can’t go wrong with a set of gatorskins. Trying the 32mm they are pretty comfy and I’d inflated to max pressure they seem to roll pretty well. Already have a slice in the tread after 500km but seems to still be holding up. Maybe it’s a softer compound now as I don’t find them as slippery in the wet as previous gatorskins I had.

5Just got the new gatorskins after putting over 6,000 miles on the last pair with rubber still left indicated by the wear marks on them. Fantastic tires! JT

5This is a fine all-round tyre; it balances performance, weight, grip and durability quite well. So while it might not be your first choice for racing, it is excellent for normal riding year in and year out. The only aspect that may invite caution is that while these replaced a previous set of 28mm Continentals (of a different style), they sit a little higher and rubbed on the rear brake arm for a hundred km or so. 5service great products always turn up, web page very easy to read & follow, Gatorskin tyres are the best all round training tyre for where l live in the Otway rangers wet roads in winter & very hot in summer.

5An excellent tyre. They roll well and the 25mm width makes them super comfortable. The gatorskins have a reputation for being puncture proof and so far my experience backs this up. I accidentally rode through broken glass on the weekend and while there were some superficial scratches on the surface, the tyres were solid as a rock. A+ will buy again.

5I used to get occasional flats, but since I switched to these tyres that is no longer the case. Love these tyres especially when they are on sale at Probikekit.

5Great tyre, puncture resistant, long wearing particularly because it's the rear tyre on my tandem, it also copes with 120 psi
