best i've had
5super impressed, only tire i've ever had that i would use for both racing and training. I put about 3000km on last year and still looks like lots of miles left on them. they fit my hed trispoke rims very well

1Lots more punctures than older GP4000's. Rear tyre has chunks missing. Would not buy GP5000's again

5Great Price for a Great Product. I have been using Conti GP5000 on my New Road Bike that I purchased in 2021and although I do need to replace the current ones until probably a few months from now I could not pass up the great price. Also, I have been using Contis on my Old Road Bike since the mid 1990's. First with the GP4000's and they were replaced with the GP5000's approx 4+ years ago. Continental Tires are a great brand. I had also used Conti Gator Skins on my Old Touring bike from 2004 until it was replaced in January 2016.

5I commute all year in all weathers and find that these tyres do it all. I don’t use a winter tyre or one with more puncture protection in the winter, I don’t need a faster tyre in the summer. I just put these on and ride, day in day out. All you need in a tyre. Even the magazines use them as the ‘benchmark’ to test everything else against. BRILLIANT!
