Affordable Quality

Used the Conti competition for years and decided to grab the sprinter for a spare. Ended up flatting the competition and threw the sprinter on the rear disk. Felt no difference, if anything a little stickier on the corners and under hard braking (competition locked up going into 180 degree hairpins... sprinter did not). Now have my TT bike and crit racing bike with sprinters all around and am impressed in all types of performance

Sprinter

5

I have ridden quite a few tires and this is my first choice at any price. Must be stretched out for a few days and still more difficult to mount than most but I feel they are on to stay. Oddly, I seem to have fewer cuts than with Sprinter Gatorskins. In my 27 years of cycling I have never known of a tire that holds pressure like these Continentals (Gatorskin or Sprinter). Vittoria CX loses 50 psi overnight with latex tubes but these may loose 50 psi per month.

Pretty good so fat

I had these tires installed on my new wheels at the suggestion of my local bike store. So far, I have been overall quite happy with them. They are a good balance of comfort, speed, and price. I did have 2 punctures in 2 rides a couple of months ago, one was a small thorn or some other kind of sharp object that went right through and created a slow leak (I was able to get home pumping up my tire several times), the second was a blow out on a pot hole that instantaneously destroyed the tire and rim actually (not good to ride in the dark!). Since getting the rim replaced, and a new sprinter mounted, no problems, and no worries, so as I say, though I only have a couple of hundred KM on my tires, so far so good.

Good on dry roads bad on wet

4

Ridden on these for about 1000 miles. Ant they are very comfortable, fast and rock solid.. Until it rains. Their surface is rough and I was surprised how much rubbish they attract from a wet road surface like a magnet, and I got puncture after 5 mins riding on a wet road..

Great tyre

I have been using the Sprinter on my Zipps for several years and have been very pleased with the handling and grip. This is a quality tyre, and ProBikeKit has an excellent price for it.

Continental Sprinter Tubular Road Tyre

Sprinter is a fast and reliable tyre, I use Sprinter tyres when I am serious about winning because it gives me an edge over the competition.

Great all around tire

4

I love these tires! Light and durable. These tires ride great if you don't over inflate them...even though it says max psi of 170, I like to run them at 105 for a smooth ride on the road. Another great thing about this tire is that it holds the pressure for a long time...this may sound like its not a big deal but its really nice if you ride the bike often.

Great tyres

4

I've had these tyres on my track bike for a few months now, and I think the are great for a beginner like me. They stick very well, especially for the track I go to. And they are fairly lightweight. They hold in air for quite a long time, I actually wait for about month, month and a half to pump the tires again. Great tyres, at a reasonable price!

Good Quality

4

These tyres are an excellent choice if you are looking for a tubular tyre that can handle rough roads, and that will get you through many miles without wearing out. I have been using this tyre for a couple years now on my race wheels and have had very good luck with it. It holds air well and holds the road even better.

The Best Training tires, good price.

4

It's the best tire for training, round shape for fast rolling, although it's heavier than the top models. But it last longer!! I have been riding the previous one for over 6000miles without any problems.
