These wheels are even more gorgeous than in pictures. They seem very solid and I'm eagerly awaiting getting them on the road. I set them up tubeless with Pirelli P Zero Race TLR. (TLR) This just happen to be my initials. Maybe that's what drew me to them :-). I really admire the build quality, flawless in every way. The accessories: skewers, brake pads, tire levers, truly complement the wheels. No regrets whatsoever. I'll update the review after my first couple of weeks on the road. ~ TLR

Campagnolo Bora WTO 45 Carbon clincher wheelset review.

Set the wheels up tubeless with Pirelli Zero tires. Tires were hard to get on, but no harder than when I installed Conti GP5000 TL's on another set of wheels. These wheels roll great. The freehub has almost no noise. These are much better in crosswinds than my Shimano C50's. I can still feel the crosswinds but less than the C50's. The feel about the same as my Giant SLR1's, which are only 30mm deep. The smoothness of the bearing seem to allow the wheels to coast farther than my other wheels. Best wheels I have ever rode on.

Love the wheels they just fit I on my Cervelo 2012 R5 bike Very little room between forks about 2 mm just barely fit I am now totally on Campy components. Luv that and am definitely faster Only disappointment was having to pay additional $’s as a result of duty otherwise very happy

Bora WTO 45

Received the wheels yesterday the delivery service was brilliant from ordering to receiving it only took 13 hours. Used the wheels once so far and they are stunning to look at, they are lovely to ride as well, stiff, fast and roll really well. They are a bit heavier than my ultra boras but i would really recommend these wheels to anyone.

Great set of wheels

Purchased these wheels for my Cento10 and I’m very pleased. They are light, pretty stiff, stable, and smooth. These wheels are pretty snappy when I accelerate and help you keep your speed when you get there. I’ve used them in 20+mph crosswinds and they are very stable. The hubs are very smooth, but slightly less smooth than the CULT bearings on the Fulcrum Competizone (made by campy). Also, not as stiff as those, but still very stiff and responsive. I really like these wheels, but only have about 400mi on them so far. Mostly I ride rolling terrain, but they are light enough to climb with.

My Best Wheels Yet

5

I bought these wheels to replace a set of Campagnolo Bora One 35s on my Colnago V-2R, and I was surprised at the difference. I thought the Bora Ones were great wheels, but the WTOs are beyond great. It's not just that they go faster; they go faster with the application of noticeably less energy. I am 158 pounds, and I discern no flex, no give, just forward propulsion. They seem able to spin forever. I ride them with tubes, if that makes any difference to you. My only complaint is that they can be difficult to mount tires on. Be prepared to employ all the tricks and techniques, plus Campagnolo's supplied tire levers. But once they are on the bike, they will not let you down. I only have a few hundred miles on them so far. If I run into problems, I will try to find a way to update this review. If you see no updates or followup reviews, assume they are still going strong for me. On a recent ride with a friend, we did an extended descent and my friend asked how they handled the cross wind. "What cross wind?" I said. I think Campagnolo wasn't joking when they called them "wind-tunnel optimized."

I been a campy wheel guy for several year, love my ultra 50, but have to say the wto 45 cut through the wind, roll and ride is outstanding. I also have a set of wto 60, but the 45 are my favorites..
