Awesome lightweight wheelset
5In comparison to stock wheels these wheels are a tremendous upgrade. Much lighter and roll smoother with stiffer turning abilities.

Good Looks & Performance
5It's winter so initial impression based on short 10 mile rides. Swapped with Shimano RS81 C24s on a Ridley Fenix, Noticeably faster and a smoother ride but yet to control for tyres: the Shimanos are fitted with Bontrager RW 1s and the combination of stiff wheels and hard case tyres makes for an unforgiving, harsh ride. The Fulcrums are teamed with Continental GP 4000s which seems like a beautiful combination. They roll smoothly, accelerate instantly and are quiet (other reviews notwithstanding). Have yet to see whether matching the C24s with GP4000s will eliminate the performance difference. Suspect it will but the Fulcrums are still about 10% cheaper and more stylist - the white hubs are eye-catching in a good way. Overall, very pleased with these first set of Fulcrums.

Great upgrade
5Recently upgraded to the Fulcrum 3s. Initial impression is that they are more then just ' marginal gains'. Wheels are light and smooth. Only time will tell is they keep their shape on the local pot-hole ridden roads

Fulcrum 2013 Racing 3 Wheelset - Clincher
5Fabulous wheels and at a great price. Not sure why I had to submit proof of my billing address when I'd already received a pair of shoes a couple of days earlier and uploading a copy of my bank statement didn't work either but hey ho!

Fulcrum Racing 3 Wheelset
5I purchased the Fulcrum Racing 3’s as an upgrade from the Fulcrum Racing 5’s I was previously using. The improvements in performance may be summarised as follows: 1. Lighter 2. Stiffer 3. Smoother rolling hubs 4. As a result of the above-mentioned points the wheel set requires less effort to reach speed Overall I am satisfied with the purchase and highly recommend the wheel set as an upgrade to the standard wheel sets fitted to most bikes by manufactures as a light and durable alternative at an affordable price point.

2013 Fulcrum R3
5Received the wheels in California nice and fast! Factory packaging was superb, but the real treat are the wheels themselves. First off, lighter than advertised: 655g front and 850g rear on my digital scale (Campag freehub, without QRs). making these just 50g heavier than my 2009 Zeros! Build and finish are top shelf, perfectly round and straight. Have about 300 miles on them... Nice and (sprinter) stiff, yet quite forgiving and comfortable in all conditions. They actually feel faster (less resistance) than the Zeros, no doubt due to the thinner, highly strung slight-bladed spokes. They are very stable in cross-wind and blustery conditions. These are just about the perfect do-it-all wheels!
