These wheels seem to be well built and certainly came with all the extras you could need, BUT --watch out if you intend to run tubes. I tried no less than FOUR tyres on these wheels ( 2 road ,2 off road) and they just would not seat--neither wheel. Perhaps with a compressor it might work ,but I gave up after 2 hrs and returned them straight away ( PBK were very good --full refund ,no qs asked )--never rode them. So ,I suspect these will be fine if you intend to go tubeless from the start, but beware if your main setup is traditional.
