great idea; poorly implemented
PBK not keen on negative reviews, so mileage varies as to whether this will be published. These fail quickly, the seals are poorly protected from grit and moisture. Might be fine in summer on a road bike but on a mountain bike in the damp is another problem. I had one last less than a month and that was after no river crossings/water blastings, etc [all the questions PBK asked of me]I get around 3-4000km out of the Shimano ones and similar from SRAM DUB. Buy these as a highly consumable part....
Installed on 2014 Scott Foil Premium (BB386) with FSA K-Force Crank 30mm spindle. I had tried the Hope ones but they were too tight and compressed the bearings. These went in perfectly with just the right amount of tension and were less than half the price.
