I was kind of skeptical at first, but all the reviews for NiteRider lights are that their claims in lumens is always matched or exceeded by their lights' actual output. The NieRider Enduro 2800 Pro doesn't disappoint with a maximum output of 2800 lumens. It will be the brightest light against all others. The beam is wide and far. Even in the lowest setting, it's still brighter than a lot of cheap lights. The only knocks against it is it's heavy external battery pack and the price (but others run about the same or more for the same amount of claimed lumens). However, if you need a bright light that'll make a forest glow like daylight, this light is your guiding light to enjoyment in night riding. It's also durable, high quality, and water proof - I fell in mud and I fell head-over-heals and flipped my bike - this thing survives! The battery also lasts pretty much as it's claimed 1.5hrs in mode 4 brightest setting. I switch between Mode 1 (dimmest) to Mode 4 on the trails and still has a bit of juice almost 3 hours in 3 degree Celsius temperature. I always get comments from others in my group saying my light is "so bright" or it "basically daylight in the dark". Just awesome for handlebar mount. If you ordered it from the UK, make sure to get a UK to US adapter. Battery also takes a couple of hours to charge, which is also fantastic for such a large battery pack. Just love this light!
