Very well constructed and works well with matching rack. Plenty of room for my commuting needs (work clothes, work tools, toolkit and even a spare tube). Bottle holder has bungee type adjustable strap. I use the Topeak mini usb rear light in conjunction with the bag, there is a place to clip it on securely. I'm VERY pleased with this purchase !
