The Knog PWR Rider 450L front light is a powerful modular bike light that allows you to ride in all but the darkest conditions. Equipped with 450 lumens and an elliptical beam, this light emits a vast spread of light - perfect for dimly lit suburban streets.

As a USB rechargeable light, the PWR Rider 450L holds charge very well, offering a maximum runtime of up to 180 hours. It even includes a battery indicator too, so you can keep a tab on how much charge you have left.

Unlike regular lights which use a button, the PWR Rider operated via a twist mechanism, which is particularly helpful when wearing thick winter gloves. When using the dedicated companion app, riders can customise the light's brightness and run times, to perfectly suit the riding they do most.

If all this performance wasn't enough, the PWR Rider 450L acts as power bank too, allowing you to charge your phone and other devices on the go. All this is protected by a CNC alloy body and water-resistant construction, for maximum durability and reliability.

Nice sleek light

Fits nicely on my bike and gives a good set of options for illumination from flashing to lighting the way. Has a good easy adjustment for angle. A little too long for my folding bike when closing but that's just a personal thing; I just move it slightly

Great light, SLOW to charge

I purchased this along with the "go pro" compatible helmet mount and it's excellent as a helmet mounted light with the optional rear red light [purchased separately]. Light [weight wise] to not notice. The innovative helmet mount is easy to fit to any vent on your helmet and I've purchased more of these to run on my various helmets. I would note the charging regime is biblical when they say five hours. Nope, running it down to 3 of the 4 red "bars" takes closer to 8 hours and the first charge from receipt was over 20 hours. I've been using their supplied microB cable and a proper 2A 5V charger designed for tablets, so no 500mA standard line. That aside, it's being on my helmet, it's excellent for "sweeping" intersections so cars approaching from the side get to see you. Combined with my Lezyne Deca 1500i light on the handle bars and an extra Knog red light on my seat post I feel any attempt to run me over is deliberate.
