Great Light.. not so

3

Excellent light and modes, mount is terrible. Can never get straight on seat post. That's the only thing that makes this a perfect light not so ..can't fault anything else

Great light for price

I’m feeling very visible. Bought for daily commute and daytime visibility. Easy to use light, probably too many flash functions, but overall does what it says on the box. Feels like it can handle a few drops (essential for me) Mounts easily to my circular seat tube (have seen other reviews complaining about this being a problem). Haven’t been hit by a car yet, so definitely doing the job.

Lezyne review

Great light...always the go to and bought as a replacement as unfortunately my first light came off on a training ride (had not attached the grip properly). Great light options and good on an aero seat post!

I love these lights so much that I have now bought them for my daughter and her cycling partner as I want them to be as safe as possible even in daylight

Every second counts

I use lights all year round and have done for some time, I had a strip pro which was on the way out so this new pro was a no brainier. The 2 day flash modes are very bright and anything that allows me to be seen early by other road users is all I want it for. Run times seem true although I haven’t run the light right down. All in all a good little unit.

Very good and bright

The multiple modes seem to be a bit of overkill, however very bright and reliable lights. Waterproof...perfect for my commuting on a busy A road in combination with a Proviz jacket. Recommended!!!

Lezyne Strip - Great visibility

5

The Lezyne strip provides great rear visibility during day and evening rides. During fall and winter I ride at night. This is a strong light that last >6hrs in the blinking setting. Highly recommended.

Lezyne strip drive pro 300

The light works great. However, the mount is a bit of a pain. It doesn’t work well on my seat post so I have to put it on my seat stay instead. It points more upward there but at least it holds still.

Compact, bright, watertight and lightweight rear light

4

So far so good. Unlike the NiteRider 150 (NR150) that I am replacing this with, the power interface is better designed as when it is closed, it is truly water tight. The NR150's plug would constantly fall out letting water and dirt into power receptacle. As I used this light mostly in the dry season, I am sure that is the only reason it survived this long. Also the lid design of the Lezyne doesn't impede the power cable which was bending the connection on the NR150, which made the connection very loose over time so I had to jiggle with the cable to make sure it was charging. So design wise, the Lezyne is great, nice and compact, light (for a 300 lumens light), watertight and good power connection. As for the light itself, it is bright and it is true that you would not want to be using the daytime flash at night, you will get drivers upset. Also, the # of flash options is a bit ridiculous but at least you don't have to cycle through them as it turns on where you turned it off. The only issue is when I go from a day time ride to a night time ride, then you will have to cycle through 11 settings to get back to the original setting. Also, any of the daytime flash would likely blind your friends if you ride in groups so be advised. But there are many other options so you don't have to worry. The main reason I bought a new light was because the battery from the NR150 isn't lasting very long anymore. To me, it didn't seem like it lasted very long but then again, my sense of time is off some times. Time will tell if this light does better. Based on my front Mega Lezyne light, the battery seems to hold it's charge pretty well.
