The Garmin Vector 3 is the latest version of Garmin’s popular Vector power meter pedals. With sensors housed inside the pedal body, the Garmin Vector 3’s offer highly reliable data, which is accurate to +/-1%. In this single-sided iteration, the Vector 3 offers an affordable entry into training with power. By taking the amount of force put through the left pedal and multiplying it by two, it then gives you an approximate total power output. If you want to upgrade to a dual system later, simply buy a right-pedal Vector 3 separately.

One major benefit of using a pedal power meter is the ease of set up. Without needing to swap out cranks, exchange wheels or chainrings, anyone can swap these pedals between bikes in minutes. With a lower stack height than the previous model, these new Vector 3 pedals offer much more clearance, so you can pedal through tight corners with confidence. While the stainless-steel spindle ensures the Vector 3’s last, the composite pedal body means that the Vector 3’s weigh just 324 grams per set.

Powered by an easily replaceable coin-cell battery, the Vector 3’s offer 120 hours of riding. While the Vector pedals are best combined with Garmin Edge computers and Forerunner watches, as a fully ANT+ and Bluetooth capable power meter, you don’t have to worry about integration between the Vector 3 power meter with your existing ANT+ and Bluetooth compatible devices.

Garmin vector 3

Very happy with the purchase of the vector 3 pedals Can swap between bikes saves buying multiple power meters

Garmin Vector 3s is awesome

After reading literally hundreds of review, I chose this and couldn't be happier. I wanted a power meter for MTB, Road and TT. All crank sizes are different - so crank power meters weren't an option. Wheels are different too, so hub based power was out. There were sooooo many negative reviews on the Garmin Vector that I thought it would be a bad decision. Having now used it for a month, I'm kicking myself for not buying it sooner. Its awesome. Ive compared readings against Tacx Neo + Zwift and power numbers are slightly higher on 3s - and range within a close 2.5-6% depending on watts which is perfectly manageable. Ride on!

Garmin Vector 3

Bought these vectors to provide power data when out on the bike. Ideal as they can be swapped to my other bikes easily. Quality of the product is good, simple to install, same as any pedal and they paired seamlessly with my Garmin 1030. Data seems good and compares well with my turbo trainer, so happy with them. The Vectors have a bad rep for longevity and have had battery compartment issues in the past. These have been redesigned so I'm hopeful they will last well - especially if I use them over winter. Time will tell, but for now I'm happy with my purchase and good value and service from ProBikeKit.
