Bought this tape to re-tape my aero and break bars to match my Garneau Tri bike. Tape works fantastically - grip is softer than my stock tape and (to this point) I would say that I wont have to re-tape for a while (I bought around 5/1/2018). Only think I would say is that I would recommend using electrical tape instead of the Deda tape provided. 5/5 otherwise.Report this review
Better than expected. the slightly extra width makes a huge difference in application. Colour selection is also wider than much of the competition. The silver rolls look good on my vintage Araya aero 821.Report this review
Found the tape a little too short for my road bike aero shape bars.Report this review
No problems. Nice feel and look. Large selection of colours. Can't go wrong with the price.Report this review
Nice tape, lowest price ever on PBK, good cushioning, stretch enough, a nice variety of colours, I always use this Deda tape.Report this review
The texture of this bar tape feels totally natural and really nice to use. The application was really great the amount of stretch really helped.
Reason not 5 stars is that it probably isn't the grippiest bar tape i've used.
Very easy to put on, has plenty of stretch to easily get it around, great for a practice if you haven't wrapped tape before. Nice and soft, but could use a little more padding, and the lighter colours will attract lots of dirt, but are cleanable.Report this review
This tape is a good mix of value and durability. I have only had the white tape in this range so I can't comment on the other colours (you can't fault the range though!). Not the grippiest out there but it is very durable and looks bling in white when first applied. Great value too.Report this review
I got the silver tape which is not cork but sort of like a rubberised tape. It's a little slippery, not as grippy as cork and a bit harder. It looks fantastic on a silver frame and doesn't seem to wear. Have had this tape for over a year and it still looks like I have just put it on.
Great tape for durability and looks but not so good for grip and comfort (would stick to cork for that).
I bought the gold textured tape, which matches the gold script on my frame quite well. It has lasted really well. It has a smooth surface that doesn't wear like some tapes. The tape has some give to it, making it easy on the hands. It is not as grippy as some I have tried, but the more grippy stuff tends to wear much faster.
