Chamois too small
2I have a few pairs of Castelli shorts and they work very well. These...not so much! The from to the Chamois doesn't extend far enough forward and therefore the stitching rubs in a tender spot. After a bad chafing experience, I checked the pictures on website. Sure enough, you can plainly see the front of the chamois, compared to all other models, doesn't come up far enough at the front.

4It was a cold winter that didn't end until July and July turned hot . I developed a painful heat rash in my nether regions before my new Castelli Endurance 3 bib shorts arrived. The new shorts with the progetto X2 chami helped contain the heat rash but after riding all summer wearing my shorts every second ride , the rash remains . Even with the new chami technology my rash is irritated by the end of a 2 hour ride. In hind site I should have bought 2 pair and worn the Castelli shorts every ride.

3Quality is good but can only give a 3-star as i dont know what planet this sizing is made for. i am 6'1" 180lbs with 34" waist. I usually wear a medium in other brands (or large but they are a bit loose) but ordered x-large in these (others say they size smaller) and i am on the fence about whether to return these as they are so small! The shoulder straps are redundant as the shorts are so tight i can barely take them off when i want to. The shoulder straps feel like some sort of medieval torture trying to prevent you from growing taller or even losing height by the end of your ride.

2I had it for about one and a half season when the elastic bands started to give away and rolled outward… finally it got stuck to my saddle and was torn… i was expecting more

3I'm only 168 cm (5'6") tall and the suspenders are to short. Good luck if you are taller than 5'6" (168 cm) and trying to fit into a M size bib short. My waist is 84 cm and Medium size feels very tight fitting. Last complaint, castelli M inseam for bib shorts is about 30 cm which are too long for someone 5' 6". Otherwise, everything regarding these bibs are fine.

5Great design, materials and it is super comfy bib shorts. I usually wear size small of other brands and for this one, I had to order in size large. I'm 173 in height and 72kg in weight.

5Tgis is a great bib that goes nicely with long ride. The fabric and pad is top notch. The suspender feels nice to wear. i’m 174cm 80kg and wears Large size
