Dextrose, also known as a glucose or corn sugar, is a sweet tasting carbohydrate that rates very highly on the Glycemic Index (GI).

Suggested Use:

  • Add desired amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 80g, shake and consume. Use before, during and after intense exercise for the best results.
