What is Omega 3

Healthy fats are an essential to any diet. These fats are termed unsaturated fats and come in the form of omega-6 and omega-3. These two fats should be consumed in an equal ratio, but currently omega-6 intakes are very high with Omega-3 intakes being well below recommendations.
