Sports drink of choice
5High5 energy source has been my sports drink of choice since I tested the first race day trial box. Good taste and seems to working very well at least for me (no stomach problems). Not to mention top price.

This is a really easy to use energy drink. It mixes very easily compared to some, but like all energy drinks is sticky if you spill it. The taste is a personal thing of course, but I've tried 3 so far and all are quite natural testing and not too strong, my personal favourite being the citrus flavour.
Performance wise it seems to do the job well. It certainly seems to help maintain energy levels and helps to avoid cramping. Just as important to me, it seems to be the kindest to my stomach as well, with none of the unpleasant side effects of some other I've tried.

4A good-value and effective energy drink, with a glucose:fructose mix that seems to improve performance if used correctly....The taste is sweet but not too sticky, and the available flavours ('fresh citrus', tropical, orange and 'summer fruits') are pretty refreshing too, so it helps you stay hydrated - another simple way to improve performance. The ingredients also include sodium and potassium - two of the key minerals required to replace those you lose via sweat.

4I used this product as my primary endurance fuel. Easy mix and go with cold water. Goes down easy even at moderate heart rate. Only drawback I found was it was pretty sticky if you have a leaky bottle.

The summer fruits-taste is really good! It`s easy to mix the powder into your bottle with the spoon that`s in the box. A couple of shakes of the bottle, and it`s ready!
