Seems to work
5I have always doubted whether us mere mortals needed recovery drinks, but guess what this actually works. I find my legs feel much less heavy the morning after a workout than usual.

5Totally agree with steveo, that's indeed an awesome recovery from tough workouts, be it hills or training sessions gym/spinning etc. And tastes great without nasty ingredients. What's not to like?.

5Tried this recently for the first time and highly recommend it. I find after a particularly tough work out it really helps with recovery (2 hours climbing hills, tough gym session or running). No soreness or tiredness the following day. The chocolate is particularly tasty without being overly sweet and sickly. I mix with water and it tastes really good and quite milk shaky even tho I'm using water. I use 3 scoops and it works for me but I know some people go with 2 scoops. Have also tried the banana which came as pre-packed free sample which said mix with milk, no option for mixing with water according to instructions. Anyway mixed it with water regardless and it was a little bit watery albeit still very drinkable but not as nice as the chocolate. So far this week I've done just short of 100 miles in 3 days on the bike whilst still working a nightshift plus further miles running - result - I feel bright as a button and ready to go out again later today! This is a great price as well you will not get cheaper.
