Pleasant and functional
5First time i have tried these. They dissolve easily and taste great. Can't be 100% sure they make you go faster but i think it encourages fluid intake and i think it makes you feel better on longer endurance sports.

5Very good for indoor turbo/roller work as one tends to sweat profusely in this type of workout. I have not tried this in hot weather. It has a good taste even if somewhat sweet.
