The Official ProBikeKit 2018/19 Santini Tono Bib Short takes comfort and style to new levels. Constructed from state-of-the-art Thunderbike Power compression fabrics with minimal seams, the Tono bib-shorts are cutting-edge technology. All Black fabric and tonal Black logo is subtle and on trend so can be worn with any of your favourite Santini tops. The revolutionary design has no elastic at the bottom of the leg. Instead, the inside of the shorts are peppered with silicon microdots, this creates a "tattoo" effect adhering perfectly to the skin without constraining. The number of seams is minimised and there is no elastic at the bottom of the leg. With GITevo chamois for the maximum comfort even on the longest distances thanks to the silicone gel that absorbs shock steadily and gradually.

Great bibs
So far, I love these bibs. They've been out on a handful of rides including a 4 hour ride. I'm 184cm and 85kg and the Large fit really well. The material feels first rate and the straps are comfortable too. When you first put them on, they feel tight on the thighs due to the compression but that feeling soon vanishes and they feel incredibly comfortable. The length is a little longer than some, which I quite like and the grippers do their job very well without pulling or catching whilst stepping onto them. The pad in my experience, so far is as good as the marketing. From start to end of every ride (up to 4 hours so far) the pad has been superbly comfortable. I have a longish saddle that I often adjust position on (sprint/cruise/climb/descent) and the pad feels just as good sitting close to the front or back. I think the extra material around the sides of the pad are helping increase comfort around the sides of the saddle. Or maybe it's just the bibs? Either way, everything down below is incredibly comfortable, which was what I was hoping for with these bibs and they have delivered. After a couple of washes all looks fine and I'm hoping these bibs continue to stand the test of time and perform on an upcoming 8 hour ride.
