Universally recognised, Continental inner tubes are a staple of every cyclist's kit bag.
This Continental Road Race inner tube comes with a short valve, and is up to the standard of the rest of Continental's inner tube products. Getting stuck out in the wilderness - or anywhere for that matter - with a flat tyre can be devastating and will often cut a good ride short. Carrying a spare inner tube, such as the Continental Race Road, can be a lifesaver. - T.H

Great inner tube. Always carry a spare one of these. They do the job
Very good service, quick shipping and a good deal.
Dependable and well priced a good reason to buy extras to go with continental tires 4000 series
Very good material. Easy to install. Thanks
I have very good remarks about your company delivery is fast and the service and quality are always there
I have used this brand for both my inner tube and road tire, for years. Excellent quality and very robust. This tube is a very well constructed one that is priced right.
Perfect match of quality-price for those which cycling is hobby and main training
This is a good light tube. Consider the length of stem you need as I ordered one that are longer than I need just by estimating.
Good tube, I need the long version 60mm for my wheelset, great price A+
I decided to buy these tubes when I noticed my cheap bike store tubes weren't cutting it anymore. I used to have to put more pressure in my tires every day because pressure would drop anywhere from 20-50 psi. Since I've changed brands and am now using the continental's have no such problems. I still check my pressure every day, but now I only have to add a few psi every other day. It's a great thing to have such reliable tubes, where I can just ride and not worry if I'm going to crash and burn because my tires are too under inflated.
These tubes are the best value for money tubes you can buy. They are high quality and hold pressure nicely. If you're looking for a well valued tube that will last - these are the tubes for you.
I got these as some cheap tube to use every day for going to work. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, but reliable. These have certainly been that. I've done well over 2000km on them and they hold pressure really well without any flats so far.
Only problem I have is that my pump seems to fit quite oddly around the valves, never seeing quite a snug fit.
I use these for my commuter bike due to the the fact that these tubes aren't to expensive and they perform well enough. Though I prefer the race lights for my road bike.
Cheap and durable, great for commuter/trainer.
I only buy these tubes I think they are the best out there
Although it is slightly on the heavier side this Continental tube still makes for an all round great performer. Its suitable for training and racing and is very reasonably priced.
Good value tube for everyday use. I use the short valve and haven't had any issues with pumps, but I guess it depends on your pump. They're pretty easy to change.
Haven't had any punctures. My only reliability issue was a broken valve, but that was on a pretty old tube.
I have been using these for a while as a default training tube. They are not overly light but are durable with high quality valves and I've never had any quality control issues or blow outs. For the money you can't go wrong with these. I would recommend these for your training wheels and if you are lucky enough to have race wheels go for something like the race lights or supersonic - also made by Continental.
This tube is excellent value for money. For serious training and racing, it does the job well.
I like the long valve, even though my rims are shallow, because it gives plenty of room to attach the pump.
