The Garmin Vector 3 is the latest version of Garmin’s popular power meter pedals. As a pedal-based power meter with sensors housed inside the pedals, the Garmin Vector 3’s offer highly reliable data, which is accurate to +/-1%. In this dual-sided iteration, the Garmin Vector 3 gives you an exact, independent reading of each leg's power output. It even measures where power is being applied to the pedal, so you can ensure optimal cleat set up.

One of the huge benefits of running a pedal-based power meter is the ease of set up. Without needing to exchange cranks, swap out wheels or chainrings, even the most basic mechanic can swap these pedals between bikes in minutes. With a lower stack height, these pedals also offer much more cornering clearance than the previous model, so you can sprint out of hairpins with confidence. While the stainless-steel spindle ensures the Vector 3’s last a long time, due to the composite pedal body, the Vector 3’s weigh just 316 grams per pair.

Powered by coin-cell batteries which are easy to replace, the Vector 3’s offer 120 hours of riding. Being a Garmin product, the Vector pedals are best combined with Edge computers and Forerunner watches. However, as a fully ANT+ and Bluetooth capable power meter, you don’t have to worry about integrating the Vector 3 power meter with other ANT+ and Bluetooth compatible devices.

Vector 3

Purchased these to convert to SPD, already have the Rally bodies. Delivery was excellent, pricing for the duel sided solution was almost too good to be true. Pedals came with new battery caps so latest stock but unfortunately the batteries supplied were completely flat, verified this using a multimeter, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Garmin vector 3

Happy with delivery however after connection problems found batteries were flat, okay after replacing.

Vector 3

I love all things Garmin and was excited to get these Vector 3s at a reduced price. Beware the batteries were dead on arrival, so that caused some consternation, and the yellow grommet that keeps the battery door tight is finicky, especially in cold weather. It stretched and broke. I did reach out to Garmin and for not cost, they sent me new battery compartment doors, grommets, and circuit boards for the battery compartments. Using these pedals is a steep learning curve, so do your homework and drill your cycling technocrat friends

Awesome pedals!

Y’all are going to laugh, but I am upgrading from LOOK circa 1988 pedals to Garmin Vector 3s. They are sharp and crisp on the clip in and release and the power data is amazing. They did show up with dead batteries, but after figuring out how to change those I am very satisfied for a month after purchase. Highly recommended!

Garmin Vector 3 double sided power meter pedals

Excellent, Easy to install and to link with your garmin edge. Fast and good folow on the order.

New to Power Meters

I'd been thinking about a power meter for some time and was initailly going to opt for a left sided crank based system. However, I like the flexibility to swap between bikes a pedal based system offers (I have two bikes and holiday abroad). With the release of the new Garmin Rally pedal systems the Vector 3 system is available at a decent price. It was only a couple of hundred more for the dual sided system hence why I plumped for these rather than the 3S single side. Coupled with the performance metrics available through Garmin Connect I am delighted with my purchase. They have proved reliable so far and I am very pleased.

Great pedals

Pedals arrived very quickly, super easy to install and to calibrate. The pedals came with Look cleats.

Garmin Vector 3's

The pedals are easy to install and work great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a power meter. Pro Bike Kit did an outstanding job of getting them to me quickly. I was very pleased with their service.

Perfect

Set was a was easy and I had no connection issues. Calibration is set to automatically calibrate - that is working fine. I was worried about the float - no issues there. It’s easy to clip in and out.

Working great!

Was worried that I'll have trouble with connection etc. So far so good! The pedals came with the new battery closure system and the new stacked battery type. As a data nerd I like all the cycle dynamics you can get with these (including POC which isn't available on the Assiomas). I had to change battery relatively quickly (after about 15hours of us) which was a little worrying/annoying. Followed the official instructions (which is a little tedious) and all was well again.
