SportsBar is a healthy snack with a balance of simple and complex carbohydrate from fruit and grains. It has a light chocolate or yoghurt coating and tastes great. It's moist, easy to chew and does not become hard in the cold.
SportsBar can be used anywhere, whilst on training rides or trekking, during multi-day events, after running or as part of a carbo-loading program prior to a big race.

Good quality and taste at a good price
Love the flavours and the chocolate coating! It certainly helps on longer rides. The price for a box is pretty good too compare to other brands.
Tasty, kinda like a chocolate coated muesli bar, makes a nice change from gels and lollies on the bike; sustains similar to a couple of ham/honey/cream cheese sandwiches (believe me they work, try them). I'd recommend these for long days over 100km, one bar with a small bag of lollies or some fruit and youll be set.
These are my favourite protein bars, I find them easy to digest, and they taste great!
I definitely recommend these. They taste great and are easy to eat especially when you need to eat something before those early morning training sessions. I haven't used them while on a long ride but I suspect they might be a little chewy and dificult to swallow without swallowing it down with some water.
We were suspicious of this very sweet bar â€“ too nice when eating sitting still to be palatable in the heat of training, we thought. We were wrong. Itâ€™s very chewy, so a bit hard to get down when youâ€™ve been riding hard, and suffers in the heat of your back pocket, but we loved the hit of sweetness, which was a mood boost as much as anything. Quick carbs from glucose, caramel, sugar and honey got us going instantly but with oats, maltodextrin and rice you should also be kept going for a couple of hours after eating this.
Both flavors are nice, not too sweet but still offer nice amount of energy. Good point is that the "chocolate" or "yogurt" topping does not melt until very high temperatures.
I have tried the Chocolate/caramel bar a couple of times and I love it. It gives you that edge you need when you crave for more carbohydrates to keep you going in training or longer races. By far the best taste in my opinion and not too sweet. I just bough another box of 25 bars to keep me supplied during the race season.
I have been using these on my long rides and before my long runs if I haven't been able to eat anything at work. They taste great and have kept me training hard so I'm happy to give them 5 stars.
