Look Keo Carbon Blade Pedals
5I had reservations at first when I ordered these pedals due to the carbon blade substitution for the usual metal springs but these pedals are remarkably smooth on entry and exit. I am super happy with these pedals. I have tried other brands of Keo type pedals and was disappointed by their lack of quality and longevity. Thanks again PBK for your excellent prices and selection.

Wrong Image of Product
5Oct 22/2019 One month and this product still has the wrong image. This Image shows the 2018-19 model. I received the 2017 model and got a reasonable refund after I complained. The 2017 style has a smaller diameter inboard bearing that can be seen on other Keo Blade pedals. My review: Awesome feedback sound and feel when clipping in or out. Nice loud "CLOCK" sound and subtle heal drop feel. Clip-in & out is ultra fast with no foot fumbling and false entry or premature exit. No problem with noises with the supplied cleats. Wax is an option but unneeded. Easy change to the stiffer Blade spring supplied, with slightly more pressure needed to clip-in. Exiting does need more effort, but not very much. Rock solid retention with either Blade. This is now my third set of Look pedals in 20 years. They all feel similar and reassuring. I believe that float is necessary and part of good biomechanics. The std Grey cleat provides enough float and can be shimmed easily to alter foot pronation controlling knee positioning. My body is not left-right symmetrical in any measure and having cleats as wide as these makes adjustment shims easy to use. I switched away from near-new Shimano D-A because I hated the vague clip-in feel. They too can be shimmed , but when riding in traffic, stoplights and with pedestrians etc, the Shimano never felt as certain as these do. If these need to be replaced or serviced it will be more difficult on these 2017s than on the 2018+ versions. Because this pedal has a redesign available I expect they may not last as long as my old ones. If so, I will service these a few times or buy another set when the time comes.

Look Keo Blade Carbon Pedals - 2018
5Excellent pedals. I’ve been using look Keo pedals for about 10 years. These are an amazing upgrade to the Keo. Lightweight, long lasting cleats, very positive feel during engagement and disengagement. As a heavyweight, I truly appreciate the wide platform.

Keo blade carbon
4Review for chromo axle..... Feel better under foot from much older Keo pedals. More secure. Bearings smooth. slightly harder to unclip but not by much. Good service from Probikekit.
