Now you see him, now you don't
5I've had Bontrager Aeolus, Zipp 404 and Planet x carbon wheels. I've been running Shamal Ultras for 4 years. These wheels are excellent. Why? 1. They weigh exactly as stated 2. The build quality is outstanding 3. I've only used the brakes in the dry but they are better than the aluminium Shamals and much better than previous carbon rims. 4. I've ridden them in 30 mph gusty side winds and the front wheel does 'twitch' but is manageable (Downhill at 40 mph) 5. They are faster for the same wattage than the Shamals but it is not a huge difference; body position, head or tail wind are much more influential. 6. They look gorgeous :-)

5Excellent wheel very smote very good in the wind, smooth on ruff road. Claiming or downhill descending excellent over all wheel. If any one looking for quality and preform-ans bay the campagnolo Bora Ultra clincher. I recommend to any one. Thanks Tarmac. PS I have 56 years riding experience. Thyanks
