Great wheelset...great price
5I recently purchased a set of Campy c17s for my wife's Giant Defy. She was running the stock wheels from Giant. The new increased width of the rims allowed for a nice profile on Schwalbe One 28mm tires. This has been a huge improvement for her over the 23mm tires she had previously on her narrow Giant rims. The Campys roll beautifully and quietly. They accelerate much better as well as freewheel effortlessly. They are a fantastic upgrade in every respect. Also, we got a great price from Pro Bike Kit and will be returning customers. Highly recommended.

Great wheels price/quality
5I have some Zonda wheels from 2002, with thousands of miles on them; AND they are durable, and for me, ride quite well. Considering the updates Campy has made on their wheels AND the fact that I paid a couple hundred dollars less (for an improved wheelset!) 15 years later; very much means, that I am very pleased with my experience with this product AND my dealing with ProBikeKit!! Yes, from time to time, I have purchased from PBK for the last 14 years.

Super wheels
5Truly a great set of light wheels. I spent a lot of time deciding on these wheels and they have a big difference. Hills are easier and acceleration is super. If you decide on these wheels you will not be disappointed.

Best Factory Built Wheels
5I was looking to replace a pair of hand-built Mavic Open Pro w/Chorus hubs for a low price. Everybody on the internet always recommends "ZONDAS". My front & rear wheels are 688 gms & 867gms, respectively minus QRs. I've ridden the wheels for 4000+kms, hopping off and on sidewalks (so far no problems). The wheelset performs well in the crosswinds compared to my older wheelset. I'm using GP4000s2 (25C) tires & mounting the tires is pretty easy (5-10 minutes without tire levers). Braking in the rain is good & the rim surface still looks new! I would highly recommend this entry level wheelset.

Zondas - the Truth !!
5I've been waiting a while to submit this review to allow some time to see how the Zondas perform. I initially had to decide whether to go with the top of the line Shamals ($AUD1,100) or the mid-range Zondas ($AUD485). I went for the Zondas and I have no regrets at all. The order arrived in Australia in 9 days, delivered to my front door. Packed very well, the wheels looked fantastic straight out of the box. I took them to my local bike shop to fit as I wanted them to check everything was adjusted correctly - they were perfect straight out of the box. I paired the Zondas with some new Continental GP4000Sii's in 25mm (also from Probike Kit. Best. Tyres. Ever.) The first thing I noticed is the ride quality - the wheels are 17mm internal width so matched with the 25mm tyres, pressures can be lowered for a smoother and more comfortable ride while improving rolling resistance. I am 80kg and I run 80psi in front and 90psi in the rear. The bearings are silky smooth and roll very well. I've had no trouble with flexing even under full gas up hills. They have handled crit training, commuting, 100km+ endurance rides on all kinds of paved surfaces and weather conditions. I have done 700km on them at the time of writing this review. I really don't know what the Shamal's could offer for more than double the price. I am very, very happy with the Zondas. I like them better than my old set of Fulcrum 1's - that is how good they are. Excellent all round value and they look great. I'm very happy with my purchase. The Campagnolo Zondas are a sweet set of hoops.

Great wheels
5These wheels are fast, very light, stiff and a joy to ride. They also appear bulletproof. I run 25 tires, inflated to 85, I weigh 170, and the ride is comparable to tubeless. The rim profile fits the 25's perfectly. My prior rims were near impossible to change tires on, they had a fairly deep and wide profile, and like most other rims that are tubeless compatible they were impossible for me to work with. The Campy wheels are the easiest to change tires on of any wheel I have ever owned, I never have to use tire irons, I never have to struggle. Get these wheels, they are amazing.

Awesome Wheels
5Zonda wheels have been around for years, you may not see them under race bikes but they work in the background, they are training wheels and as such are one of Compagnolos finest products. They are inexpensive, but light and strong, and demand absolutely zero attention just fit and forget. I have them fitted to a flat-bar road bike and they totally transformed this bike, the original wheels are like cart-wheels in comparison.For the money they represent excellence. I had my heart set on shamal c17 but these wheels have more than satisfied. I have used the zondas for many kilometres, they do not even look like going out of true and the hubs are the best i have ever felt, buttery smooth. First class product from a team I love, long live Compagnolo....

Best bang for the buck
5If I can summerize how I consider those wheel in a word, it would be: WOW ! These wheels are fantastic! Smooth, light, stiff, responding, silent. No wind noise anymore at 50 km/h, thanks to their wider rim which reduces the wind drag when used with 25 mm tyres. And at the price ProBikeKit sells them, impossible to be wrong with these wheels!
