The best tires for me who do about 5000KM with those tires. And the price is about 50% lest than our price in Canada.

Durano Plus for the win

I was skeptical at first given the weight, but after first hand seeing the puncher resistance of these tires I can't ignore their reliability. To give you an example: I was in Tucson AZ last week and noticed after my rides I was able to pick out thorns, glass and little rocks. If you have ever had a thorn in your tire you know they're silent killers, burying in and causing a slow leak. Over my 2 week stay I had zero flats, while my four mates had multiple. I would also like to add that they roll very well on my wide Belgium + rims, making descending down Mt. Lemmon fluid! Pros: Puncher resistance. Lots of side tread for hitting corners hard. Cons: Weight (not much of a con because your not flatting as a regular tire would). Tire Wear; I would really like to see these tires have better mileage, I had noticeable tread wear and flat spot (rear) after 700km or so. All in all, worth the buy!

By far the best tyre I have used for my commuter bike. I have gone more than 10000 Kms without a puncture. And they just keep going even on wet and windy Wellington roads. I use these on my race bike for training also as I don't want to have to stop and fix any punctures. And they aren't that heavy either considering how puncture proof they are.

Durano plus.

Excellent training/commuting tyre. Feels heavy out of the box but they roll well, I feel very confident that these tyres offer great puncture protection, these tyres were a bit more difficult to fit compared to previous tyres I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these tyres again when the time comes to replace.

Durable tyres

I've been using Gatorskins for years, but found them not quite grippy enough in the wet. Having tried the Durano Plus now for over 6 months, I can say that they seem just as durable and puncture resistant, but more grippy on corners and roundabouts. Still quite a heavy tyre, but good for training. Designed to be tough, not light . . . and durable, not fast. Just ordered another pair!

I have bought these tyres for a number of years because I find they are hard wearing with effective puncture resistance, they roll well, are easy to fit and are pretty sure footed in wet conditions. I cycle most days and cover a minimum of 170km per week all year round. I get about four punctures per year. Like any tyre these will be ruined if you hit a broken bottle but in normal conditions they retain their puncture resistance even when I have worn them square.
